With over 20 years of mortgage experience, Danielle Streamo brings a results-driven, relationship-first approach to the manufactured housing space. As an Account Executive, she partners directly with manufactured home dealers and communities helping them move more homes, close faster, and create a smoother buying experience for their customers.

Danielle understands that in today's market, dealers need more than just a lender they need a reliable financing partner who can perform. Focused on manufactured housing and affordable solutions, she helps her dealer partners increase approvals and reduce friction by offering one-time close construction loans, land/home purchase financing, and streamlined refinance and cash-out options.

What sets Danielle apart is her ability to bridge sales and execution. As a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, she can work directly with homebuyers and investors, guiding them through the financing process with clarity and confidence. Whether it's a first-time buyer, a land/home deal, or an investment property, Danielle delivers solutions that get to the closing table.

Known for building long-term relationships beyond the transaction, Danielle is committed to being a true partner to both her dealers and her clients helping them grow, scale, and succeed.

Outside of work, Danielle dedicates her time to fostering rescue dogs through Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, helping them find their forever homes. A classically trained singer, she also enjoys keeping her vocal talents sharp whenever she gets the chance.
