A proud Texan and U.S. Air Force veteran, Chet Decker has been helping families across Texas achieve homeownership since 1998. With more than 25 years of experience, he brings unmatched discipline, integrity, and a can-do mindset to every loan file earning a reputation for closing deals that other lenders "can't or won't." Chet offers expert guidance across a wide range of loan programs, including VA loans, new construction, first-time homebuyer programs, renovation financing, condos, multi-family properties, and investor/DSCR loans. Recognized with numerous Top Producer and President's Club awards, his greatest reward remains helping families find the right financing to turn a house into a home.

Deeply rooted in Texas, Chet gives back through Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, and his own initiative, "Homes for Texans." Outside of work, he enjoys Colorado mountain adventures, kayaking, boating, and perfecting his game as a future poker champion.
